It depends on scope. A targeted project (a set of reports or a Power Automate flow) typically runs 2–6 weeks. A greenfield BI build is usually 3–6 months. Full enterprise migrations range from 4–9 months depending on report volume. Our Discovery phase gives you a precise timeline before build begins.
